Tumble/Acro

Tumbling begins with teaching the foundation of form, technique, and strength. Center mat work is done in addition to traveling passes.  The class is designed to develop and display strength, balance, and agility.  Gymnastics, such as somersaults, rolls, cartwheels, and handsprings, performed without the use of specialized apparatus will be taught.
