WDA offers Pilates, TRX, HIIT, Barre, and personal training. Classes are small to give individualized personal attention; we care about your health and well-being. We have designed our program to meet each and every one of your personal goals and look forward to helping you attain them. Your first class is FREE!
Class Descriptions
Pilates
The Pilates Method was developed in the 1920’s by German Athlete Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a full mind/body conditioning method designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Done correctly, this method can be a lifetime way of keeping your body in the best condition possible. It is for all ages and fitness levels
Strength & Core
Total body workout combining strength, core and mobility to increase overall strength & flexibility! Class uses body weight, bands, ball or dumbbells.
TRX
Either body blast or circuit style! Both classes burn calories, tone muscle, increase strength and endurance. Fire up your core, hit every major muscle group and get ready to sweat with a total-body workout. Body Blast is done to the beat of the music & Circuit is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class with background music.
HIIT (High intensity interval training)
30 minute class to make you sweat and move! 4 rounds of super setting cardio and strength moves for 30 second increments. Class ends with a round of core.
